The food was homely and delicious, reminiscent of my mom's cooking! The location was perfect for exploring Dal Lake and Tulip Garden, just a short walk away. What truly impressed me, though, was the exceptional hospitality. When I had to leave suddenly due to a family emergency, the owners assured me to take care of my family and assured me that they would take care of the rest. Upon my return to Srinagar, they continued to take great care of my group of 11. I'm grateful for their kindness and understanding. The Kashmiris' warm hospitality is truly special, and we felt at home throughout our stay. Highly recommend Heritage Rose Inn for its wonderful staff, cozy atmosphere, and unbeatable location!

I stayed here last month for 3 days and 3 nights, and it was a pretty nice place. The pet, Habibi, is so cute! However, the bathroom wasn't in very good condition, and the furniture was a bit old. The food served was generally great, with butter chicken being my favorite. The dining area was neat and had a homely feel.
