A best experience of hotel staff, especially BASIRAT , as he personally took care,what for we were unhappy about the room.location is best,though it's not a hotel,it's a highly 3-star graded homestay,with all hotel facilities upto maximum possible efforts. For food,we have to inform quiet 8-10 hours prior,which is not possible to order,such advance time.some rooms have no windows,some rooms are of very low intensity atmosphere. Will recommend one night max.

The accomodation was pleasant and peaceful. The service and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The entire staff of Heritage Rose Inn was amazing. The rooms were adequate and nice. It's located right beside Dal Lake so it becomes an ideal spot to travel. The commute is easy and the cab service provided by the hotel is also good. Tourists will have an amazing time here in Kashmir with Heritage Rose Inn.

It is a heritage building converted into a hotel, give more of home-stay vibes; Double rooms are spacious and warm (no jet-spray in washroom) Very courteous and helpful staff and owner, Food seemed decent and generic (would be better to opt for local options outside) The location is also very safe (bureaucratic area), quite far from the other touristy hotels but close to the Dal Lake, They also help arrange for taxi service for sightseeing,
